Dethroner has a great looking recipe for Beer Bratwurst that I’m just going to have to try. The author swears everything hinges on a bottle of Portland, Oregon-based brewer’s Rogue HazelNut Brown Nectar, but if that’s not available, there’s no shortage of micro-brew options I’m sure.
