Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread


A few years ago, I added this recipe for cranberry and white chocolate shortbread to my list of cookies I bake every Christmas.  This recipe has become a holiday favorite in my house, and will knock the socks off any shortbread lover. Like most shortbread, this one is even better when it has a chance to sit for a few days after it has baked.  The buttery, crisp texture is nicely balanced by the tartness of the cranberries and sweetness of the white chocolate.  Enjoy!
