Some of you know that my 2010 resolution is to not eat or drink anything of which I don’t know the origins. It is a ton of research. It seems impossible to eat at a restaurant- yes, the best ones know most of their ingredients, but not 100%. My wife and infant son are also participating. I’m cooking (and baking) a lot, but overall it is going really well. The only problem is that knowing the origins of your food is strange. What is going on in our food system that knowing the origins of your food makes you a pariah?
