“Opening Soon” Dinners

In Vancouver and into food? You should check out Edible British Columbia, organizers of unique culinary experiences. Aside from the need for a new logo, this group seems to be doing terrific food and drink-related events such as Gourmet Kayaking adventures, market tours and “Opening Soon” Dinners. The latter looks especially interesting: you get to dine at select restaurants before they open to the public. The first is set for February 25th at Rare One. Looks amazing! Sample the best of the kitchen and meet the chef(s): You get a great meal, but this is also brilliant marketing to generate buzz before the official ribbon cutting.
