Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread

A few years ago, I added this recipe for cranberry and white chocolate shortbread to my list of cookies I bake every Christmas.  This recipe has become a holiday favorite in my house, and will knock the socks off any shortbread lover. Like most shortbread, this one is even better when it has a chance to sit for a few days after it has baked.  The buttery, crisp texture is nicely balanced by the tartness of the cranberries and sweetness of the white chocolate.  Enjoy!

The thought of this makes me scream silently to myself.

    Oh lordy.

Um, is that what I see in the fridge here at the office in that tupperware container? Really?!
