Cooking with Spicy Steve

A while ago we came across Spicy Steve while watching our local cable station. Deeper investigation revealed Spicy Steve’s website. Though somewhat charmingly designed, the site reveals an incredible wealth of recipes from all over Asia: Mayasia, Singapore, Indonesia, Burma, India, Thailand, Vietnam and more. I’ve tried a few and they are quite authentic.
While it’s often easier to purchase some things like sauces at your local Asian market, this is a site where a passion for the authentic dictates making them from scratch. And hey, why not? It seems like Steve has even offered cooking classes in the past, though not last year. Steve? Come on, we’d love to come over this summer! This is clearly a man after our hearts (er, stomachs) with a demonstrable love for Asian cooking and food.
