The fabulous Oyama Sausage Company on Granville Island is getting geared up for it’s annual Cassoullet Fest. You have 9 more days to order a cassoulet, and get your fix of pork sausage and duck confit. You can order your pork’n’beans ready-made, or you can make your own and source some of the tasty ingredients here. For the braver of heart, check out this recipe for Duck Confit, from the Vancouver Slow Food Movement.
Oyama is also partenering with the local wine shop to offer 10% off bottles of freshly-arrived Beaujolais, on November 16th. Mark it on your calendars.
