Okay. You’ve followed Degan’s advice and gone and caught yourself some Salmon. Here’s how to fillet it and a simple marinade for the grill.

    That was THE WIERDEST way ever of skining and fileting (talk about ass backwards) a salmon and then to go back and remove the fat, how about using your knife the correct way and you might be able to do it on the first pass. Good thing you dont get paid by the pound.

    I’d love to see fishmonger’s method of fileting a salmon. It’s not every day a trained and experienced chef like Nicalo gets to told to “using your knife the correct way”! More! More!
